 Jan is Lynx first seen in Armored Core 4 and later in Armored Core: For Answer.

Information Edit

Aldra's other Lynx besides Sherring, he has stuck closely with Aldra from the National Dismantlement War up until the ORCA Uprising. Despite appearing in both AC4 and ACFA, he does not play a role in the story.

NEXT Blind BoldEdit

In Armored Core 4, Jan pilots the HILBERT-G7 model NEXT, using its high load capacity to equip highly devastating laser weaponry such as the HLR71-VEGA Ultra High Output High-Laser Rifle, and the back mounted HLC02-SIRIUS High-Laser Cannon. Later in Armored Core: For Answer pilots the SOLDNER-G8 model NEXT, equipped instead with Aldra's BZ-BROCKEN Lightweight Bazooka and GRA-TRAVERS Lightweight Handheld Grenade Launcher, while also still equipping the SIRIUS. Both NEXT incarnation has the same theme of "Overwhelming firepower at the cost of ammo supply", which means that his NEXT has astounding firepower with little ammo to speak of.

Armored Core: For AnswerEdit

His NEXT relies heavily on stun; using a tank or slower craft will render you extremely vulnerable. As such, this is one fight where a light craft with high mobility is very recommended, as no one can attack from behind. Plowing him down with assault armor and grenade cannons is very helpful, as he relies on Primal Armor for defence.
